Depending on the size and condition of your roof, it may only take 2-3 hours to setup, apply and ensure that we are leaving with the job complete. Every Roof is different and we will need to assess whether or not any repairs are necessary before we can apply solutions to your shingles.

Q: How much does this service cost?
A: Typically, shingle rejuvenation costs 15 - 20% of the cost of replacement. Q: Who do we call for warranty and what does it cover?
A: If your product was applied by Construct It Ltd., you should always contact us first at 613-329-2947, if you have any concerns about the application we provided. Our five-year prorated warranty covers the fact that Greener Shingles will extend the life of the shingle five years past the expected life of the shingle in the environment they are in. Some owners want to stop the aging process on older shingles. Depending on how old they are, we may not be able to warranty a shingle that is starting to show signs of extreme aging, like when the shingles are starting to curl up. The warranty is transferable to the next homeowner.
